Only 24 percent of businesses respond to their negative reviews. This is a shame because it shows you are willing to acknowledge what you need to improve on while understanding the plight of the customer.
If a potential customer is looking at your company and they see several negative reviews, they may be deterred from giving you a chance. But if they see that you care enough to address the problems, they could feel more understanding toward your company. More communication is always better than less.

Arguably the most effective way to improve your relationship with the customer is by developing an online community and using analytics to determine what you post. Social media has opened up a whole new avenue between the buyer and seller. The buyer has more influence over what the seller chooses to sell because of customer data.
Look at your analytics to see what your customers want. This should dictate the route that your brand takes in everything—from products to posts. Write in a voice that your customers can relate to and trust. This typically is more casual on social media, but you might feel differently.
